Lets do some math. Since we have a 30 second post limit in a minute we can post twice. So 2x60= 120 posts an hour. Lets say your at home for around 4 hours. That makes it 120 x 4 which is 480 posts. So if you were a true spammer you could post 480 posts in 4 hours or 120 posts per hour.
