Ability change

Im trying to change my abilitys, but it dont works..

i tried for burning bullets:
- 100dmg
-refresh time 1 second
- 10 seconds long

but not really succesfull

and i tried nade spam:
- 100 nade instead 7
- refresh 5

and no succes.

Can some help me or explain how i can change such things like this?

I don't think changing the damage for burning bullets will work, same by nade spam. Its server-sided. There are some 'hacks' that works.

hmm k, but what can i change to do better things with?

sorry for double post, but i wanna know what can i change but i were think is possible to get free hero points, like u adding files u get all the tiem hero points?
