If you still need help -
Use an injector (like Extreme Injector v2.1)
then open up KF and minimize, open the Injector and select the DLL, then select the process KillingFloor.exe on the injector, click inject then unminimize KF. Press INSERT on your keyboard and use your mouse to select the options you want from the menu (do this at the main menu or in-game lobby.
