No bro, the 25$ UGC is a prepaid card in which there will be balance left over after u spend it.You can use it to buy 10k ZP which is 8.99$, so u have 16$ remaining, u can use it later for buying another 10k ZP and then you'll have 7$ remaining.
Alternatively if u buy 10k ZP using the card which is 17.49$, then u will have a balance of 7.5$.
The balances will be stored in a PayByCash account for which u must register before redeeming the UGC.
Then the balance can be used whenever u want to buy another 10k ZP through VISA card. (If u apply balance for buying 10k ZP through VISA card, 8.99$-7.5$ = 1.5$ which will be deducted from ur VISA card)
