ava not work

help plz i cant play

turn off any other things in the background or press
ctlr+alt+delete and press " start task manager" and try to find "3rd party programme"
make sure don't turn on any other marcro or hack programme like " progress hacker" or "stuff" Ect.
use Ccleaner or go and delete Logs ( you can find and download it in the injector and multi-tools section "Kill Log v2")
restart computer after "cleaning" it
if that does not work then go uninstall ava and reinstall
if that still not work then reformat you computer( you tube to find how to)
reformatting is not recommended since all your data will be gone! and you have to wait long time and you have to re-download every thing!
if that doesn't work then buy a new computer!
if you don't have money then.........that's your problem ha!
