For the Solution:

Set the ROLE NOT ADMIN to 3 for the Game Master. Also Set the Admin to 1 because cmdReqAdminActive

The Roles are:
0 = Normal
1 = Donator
2 = Moderator
3 = Game Master
4 = Admin
5 = Owner
