Source (Poisoned Plugin crash,delete map etc)

People have been asking about the source of this poisoned plugin:

So I decided to do that, I'm new to posting threads so if I do anything wrong I am glad to be informed, as well I would like if anyone wants me to give out other sources of plugins.
