Trainer SP Windows8 compability

Hey Hey Hey !!

So as i said, i want to make a trainer for windows 8 user.
And i profit for add a feature and fix some problems to my last trainer.

Report me any bug please.


How to use ?

For windows XP / 7 :
Just launch trainerBO2 hotkey.
In game, before, after, when you want.
Press key for feature.

For windows 8 :
A bit difficult to fix any issues, so... you don't have a "pretty" trainer.
First, launch the game.
Go in the mission.
Launch the trainer.
(all feature are activated, i work in a version where you can choose wich one you want)
