Cheat Engine Tutorial Video Please?

I was thinking, in a previous post some have told me that you can easily find your current weapons recoil. Since i have no advanced knowledge besides the simple first scan, next scan and value changing i was thinking if someone could make a video on how to do it. Or a step by step instruction list. This would help and as well as many others. Thank you.
