I've seen him get post banned.
Yes, but I don't think hes given out his birthdate so I cannot comment on the birthday ban.
However, I'm pretty sure rather than an actual ban its a hidden usergroup that mimics a banned user so he may still access his Admin Panel.

His permissions work over the ban.
