Does dave get post ban and birthday ban?

I've seen him get post banned.

Yes, but I don't think hes given out his birthdate so I cannot comment on the birthday ban.

However, I'm pretty sure rather than an actual ban its a hidden usergroup that mimics a banned user so he may still access his Admin Panel.

For next time though, you should VM/PM someone in a high rank and ask this question.

Secondary tag. The admin cannot be banned in anyway. He must have admin as his primary group and Banned as a secondary.

Head Admins can't be banned.
His permissions work over the ban.

If it were like this, his HA tag would still show, but it doesn't.
