Setting up COD4 server

Hello,

I want to set up a cod4 server so my friends and i can play together. Ive followed many tutorials online but they are of no help. My friends tell me they get an error saying key code in use. and sometimes they get stuck at the awaiting connection count.

ive done port forwarding too.

and obi v are using the pirated versions :P

There's this website called free game hosting .nl (cant post links because I'm a low ranked pleb). You can host cracked cod 4 servers and other servers for a limited time. You will most likely have shitty ping but eh.

Just google for CoD4 free server hosting, you'll find something quickly, just remember to set the server to be cracked otherwise you'll get Key code in use error.
