I need help

Today i bought ArmA 2 combined operations (!FROM THE STORE!) downloaded them both and i have a couple of problems when i dl the beta patch it says ArmA 2 ACR is not installed i don't know why is says that. When i launch ArmA 2 is says bad serial key when i launch ArmA 2 OA it says error creating Direct3D 9 graphical engine, I cant download the @Dayz file because the website is down but the main problem isnt that its all the other errors.
