Virus

I don't know where i got this little bastard but it certainly pisses me off yesterday i got a warning saying about a "Downloader.Obfuskated" i put it into the virus vault and searched the address for it, but then it said "you don't have permission to enter this"
Next day the AVG resident shield came up saying it was steal here, last time i had a keylogger, i managed to get rid of it, but it was bluddy hard. It kept knocking my internet out. Any suggestions on how to get rid or destroy Downloader.Obfuskated?
