C++

Not sure if im in the right spot but i dont have too much time right now to look so sorry if im not.

I am starting to learn C++ and for making hacks but I need to start from the beginning and first find the program to start making hacks
(C++ its self) I just wanna make sure I have the right thing and the best version of it
