OK smart guy, when they make an arrest and someone goes to jail let me know. Because it the history of scamming and cc fraud in video games the victims are reimbursed and the person committing the crime are simply just banned. But yes i should shut up because all you kids think OMFG YOU WILL GO TO PRISON FOR CC FRAUD. Yes you will, but not in a fucking video game <.<

CC fraud is illegal either way, if it's online, in real life, or on a game, you can be sent to prison if caught. And yes, multiple people have been sent to prison for cc fraud in a video game.

Can is a magical word. You can also get the maximum sentence when committing crimes. however the system usually imposes the minimum unless you are a multiple offender. And yes it is illegal, i personally hate thieves, however the fact is everyone is assuming this person will go to prison, hell does anyone know how old this person is? Cuz there is a good chance he is 15 like the majority of members here.

There could also be multiple people doing this "exploit" or this credit card theft for games, and maybe there's a chance the person or person(s) is 15, but, credit card theft whatever way you put it, is highly illegal and could get you prison time, there's no escaping it if you're caught doing it (unless you have a badass lawyer), even in that case, the possibility of you getting out of the situation is very small.

I personally know a guy that committed fraud. It was not CC fraud, however he fakes being paralyzed and received donations and pay from Twitchtv. Over 40k worth of donations alone. He is walking around just fine with alot of nice new things and a new job, after being caught. Nothing came of it. Google ZilionOP. I was a very close friend of his before i found this out. We are obviously not friends now, however nothing happened to him at all.

I talked to one of the "Hackers" and they said they have been using this thing with google for years, not only to buy realm gold, but other stuff too, like steam games and items of the internet.
