I don't think lol perm bans anyone. I brother gets banned like 50 times a month for talking shit. You get unbanned to day. "Wed Jul 17 19:02:31 PDT"

I didn't read all the posts but I'd like to say that Riot never permanently ban a person for being AFK/Feeding/Trolling/Negative attitude.
You might get banned for those for more than 3 months as my friends but Riot only permanently ban if you do something like, Buy RP > Make a PayPal Dispute and Chargeback your money. Understand that the money you pay with PayPal are going through many banks to reach Riot so basically you are not stealing from them but from the banks and Riot actually has to pay those money and keep you banned permanently or the other way is to pay your price (the one you disputed) and get yourself unbanned.

Not for a player-player issue but for violating the Terms of Service (either hacking, cheating, modification, selling, buying, scamming or other fraudulent activity).

If you got banned for a chargeback (paypal, creditcard) you can dispute the ban by paying a fee and the charged back RP.
