Minecraft Forge 1.6 help!

So I downloaded forge and installed it. Now when I open my minercraft.jar (cracked) I need to put a username and password. Here is the bin for the forge folder if anyone can edit it it would be really helpful for everyone who has cracked forge. Thank you!

P.S.S Ill make a thread for installing Froge for Minecraft 1.6.2 after someone fixes this. :P (Ill credit who fixes this).

@Clastic Hahah! I never saw it! I always get blind when I look at MPGH tabs! @133spider I mean I have to put a "LEGIT" username and password to play the "CRACKED" minecraft.

Are you trying to use a 'cracked' minecraft.jar?
If you are, you're supposed to use a cracked minecraft launcher.

Ok, so I haven't installed any mods to my minecraft since the new launcher, but I believe you need to install the mod to the Version, not the minecraft.jar. So, the steps you need to take are:
1.) Copy 1.6.2 folder (Located in "Versions") and, paste it in the same folder with the name of "forge" or anything else you wanted to call it.
2.) Rename all the files located in that folder you just made the same name as the folder itself. So, they all need to be named "forge".
3.) Open the file "forge.json" with a text editor and replace "id":"1.6.2" with "id":"forge" and save the file.
4.) Copy the files from the forge ZIP file into your "forge.jar"
5.) Start your launcher.
6.) Click "edit profile"
7.) Make sure that you're using the "Forge" version.
and, I believe that is all... Although, I'm not entirely sure so... I Hope that helps! Goodluck.

Use whatever program that Mac uses to extract ZIP files. So, google's given me several options. Go and download Zipeg! It seems to be the most popular in the Mac world.
