Like this their error is going to come back again sooner or later..
You should've made it Read Only , so it was going to stay with them till the next update..
That error means that there is something changed in the file due to a program or anything else..
So when you make it Read Only then upload it , it won't be able to change and it's going to stay with them till the next update..
They can do something else to prevent this error from coming back..
After downloading the file and extracting it > right click on CShell.dll > properties > then make it Read Only > then OK
