Really need help

when i open the game it always stuck joining a room/channel/server or when i enter storage/BM/shop
why the hell is it doing this?
i don't want answers like "re-install or download again" because i already did.

formate your pc ?

Download CCleaner and defragg your computer

That's not really going to work

Cleaning your PC when CF does that really doesn't do anything.
