Anyone else been hit with a blackout anytime during this heatwave throughout the US? This is the 2nd night in a row the power has gone out, and it's too humid to be outside. My parents are thinking about going to a motel for the night.
What do you do to keep yourself from boredom? Any ideas/suggestions would be nice.
I live in the middle of nowhere, with a dual grid line connection. If one grid goes out, power is redirected through the other grid. I only lose power when all lines are down.
The only occasions when my power goes out is in strong storms.
With a population density of 3/sq mile, overuse isn't going to do it.
I Live in Cairo, Egypt.. strangely we didn't have a blackout for more than 2 months
Heat waves are the best! Beach all day every day!
Nope, no power outage here.
As for your 2nd question, I usually browse forums or Youtube.
Nope I'm fine.

See, but with the power off my router and modem also goes off. Thus no WiFi, unless you're using a phone.
Electric lines around my house are not very good so the electricity flickers which is terrible for electronics but i never have problems with just heat, have you ever considered picking up book?

Well if the power goes out for a long ass time, I take a nap.
I live in the middle of nowhere with no one around.

My mom used to baby sit so all/most of the books in my house are children's books.
