Hi I want to start playing and I just want a simple ESP that I can use without a bypass and a RE if that is possible thanks 
Its impossible to use esp and other hacks without a bypass.
Edit: For the time being you cannot do it for origins but yes for other maps you can give infection but not for origins or braking point yet.

Or you can try using the DayZ Navigator exploit. You just have to reconfigure the supported maps and recompile.
