Adobe not responding?

Whenever i run the client it works perfectly fro about 2 minutes then it says adobe is not responding? its really annoying and i keep on having to restart it

I'd try redownloading the flash projector.
If you're running 11.4, there's now a new version out: 11.8.
That might fix your issue.

Depends. RAM/resource usage can be an issue, or as mentioned above it may just be an outdated flashplayer
