*Riot is able to ban you for "smurf accounts", so you can lost your rewards and things you bought for them, however we didn't notice bans recently, I ve heared that making up to 100 is pretty safe

*ban is including only a blockade of doing more refs, it doesn't affect on your account (you will be able to play LoL)
however there was a one case where a guy (not my customer) got banned from a game he had like 250 refs

*sometimes you need to wait for refs even if they are already done, its because Riot isn't updating their system instantly
