Mod your PvP.net client!
This is a simple guide for modding the front page of the PvP.net client.
The standard front page for the most recent patch (Spirit Guard Udyr Patch) looks like this:
Now go to the install directory of League Of Legends (mine is D:\Programs\RiotGames):
In the RiotGames directory you will find the standard League Of Legends folder.
Go in the League of Legends folder, next to the RADS folder, inside the RADS folder you will need to go to the projects folder.
Inside the projects folder there are different types of folders depending on the server you are playing on.
For NA you will need to go to the lol_air_client_config_na folder.
For EUW you will need to go the lol_air_client_config_euw folder.
From there you need to go to the releases folder, in the releases folder there should be only one folder with the version of the PvP.net Client, in this case it is 0.0.0.42.
Inside is only the deploy folder which is the final folder.
Once inside the deploy folder you need to open the lol.properties file with a text editor of your choice.
In the text file you need to look for the lobbyLandingURL= line.
Change the URL behind the equal sign to any URL you want to have as your front page.
After saving and restarting the PvP.net client the front page should look like this:
Here are some more examples of webpages loaded in the PvP.net client:
Not all sites are fully functional but you can make any URL your front page.
Also, if you just remove the URL behind the equal sign you will get your standard pre-Udyr front page back
