I tried but Fraps dosent works either

Some hacks using a technic which is kinda hard to explain. I would describe it that the hack only gets drawn evry second frame. So it gets only drawn in the moment(frame) the recording software doesn't record. This happen in milliseconds so you cant see any difference with your human eyes
