Misc is short for miscellaneous, which basically means other things.
If you mean the cross hair in the miscellaneous category, then I prefer using the circle with yellow color.

I guess most people use Type C (Circle with a dot). I use it myself.
But what color people use, i started out with green (default) so i am used to that one. And i am not gonna change

But all people have their own opinions Type 1 helps you to kill enemies in a long target but it makes you feel like your recoil is a pussy , Type 3 is good the circle use it
