Bypasses allow you to use menus/scripts. They "bypass" all of Battleye's scans and keep you from getting kicked from the server automatically when you run a script. Though, just because they temporarily bypass a certain scan, doesn't mean you're immune to global bans. Expect one every 1-3 days. As far as where you can get one, it's against the rules to link to any sort of rival/paid hack site.
