Hey

So I've been away for a while now and wanted to start playing crossfire again after 3 months. I didn't actualy uninstall the game so I just ran the launcher and clicked on the start button. However nothing happens. The launcher closes and nothing opens up neither visualy in my screen nor in the task manager. I tried deleting everything related to CF and redownloading it ( did that twice actualy ) but doesn't help.

I googled it , also made a search on the MPGH to see a similar thread but most of the information provided did not help me

I am running windows 7 32 bit . CF was working fine before I stopped playing.

Also one more thing to mention , After downloading cf from the downloader and installing it , It didn't downlaod a new patch. Also when I ran it in the first time it didn't patch either ( I mean running the one that I was playing 3 months ago without any problems ).

What could be the problem? Can you help me solve this?

Solved! The problem is with IObit mallware fighter. if any of you are looking for a solution , just uninstall and it will work smooth!
