How many posts to make a thread?

So you posted a thread to ask when you can post a thread?

lol , what outside links ? I didn't put anything except 2 virus scans.

You need to gain more posts. (Either 10 or 25 I don't really remember nor care)

The reason for why you can't post the thread you wanted to create was clearly stated in the error message, why did you create a thread with this particular title?
If you only wanted to post a hack/tool thread 2 virus scans and it gave you that error you should have created a post saying: "Thread error "outside links" with only virus scan links" or smth.
