I was about to release a new hack thread but it says every time i try : An error occurred , AeriaAVA- you're not allowed to post links.

The reason for why you can't post the thread you wanted to create was clearly stated in the error message, why did you create a thread with this particular title?
If you only wanted to post a hack/tool thread 2 virus scans and it gave you that error you should have created a post saying: "Thread error "outside links" with only virus scan links" or smth.

People can't get more stupid

You are not allowed to make threads on mpgh. If you continue at attempting to make threads you will be permanently IP banned.
