I am looking for someone who will run server with me (but He must host , cuz i can't )

This needs to be 24/7 ?
Already Found a Guy who will host it 
now we are looking for Dude who will help us with building and be admin

No it wont be 24/7 , but we might make it 24/7 later after server will be known

I can't help with either, but what I can tell you is that if you're willing to spend around $4 a month, and are good with Linux SSH (If not, I can), OVH France has a really good deal on a dedicated server with 2GB RAM.
