Anyone got any good games in mind? Preferably ones with little graphics requirements since my laptop has pretty bad specs.

Soldier Front 2, but it requires some okay graphics cards

GTA IV comes to mind, if you have ~5 or so friends to play with.

My laptop is shit. I should be more specific, but I'd prefer an rpg of some sort.

You should give Minecraft a try, you don't need good graphic cards for that (unless its really really shit) Just play MC with your friends and it'll be pretty fun.

With this laptop, I get less than 10 fps. I used to play Runescape until they added EoC which made it lag when it shouldn't.
