i want to ask about the term and condition of the ''borrow gs ''

''You have to satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible:

1. Email is verified.
2. Garena plus level is at least 3.
3. You have topped up a certain amount of shells in the past 180 days.
4. You do not have any overdue borrowed amount from Garena.''

the 3th one, what is the certain amount of shells ? how much ? and...if i top up today, so today i can borrow gs ?

I think you need to topup 2000gs before you can borrow it.

if you have to top up 2000gs, then who else will willing to borrow another 2000gs again ?
