Banned!?

Hello ladies & Gents.
I logged into Warframe today and I banned.
I was disheartened by this I went to Warframe Support to submit a ticket Explaining all I was doing was using a Macro program to make me run faster.
They Replied as I quote: "Hello TheFancyGamingWalrus,

We have detected multiple instances of suspicious account activity and our system has automatically banned your account, upon manual review of your account activity there is no question the suspicious activity your account was banned for was correct and the ban will remain on your account.
This was a Violation to the End User Licence Agreement." (EULA.)

So I read the EULA Wondering what I broke; I broke the following: automation software (bots)...
So, people with Macro recording capabilities on there Keyboards get away with this and I get banned.
I think this is a joke cause All it would do would run quickly that was obtainable in game realistically.

I was banned I was a Level 5 In Mastery And I had a Level 30 Loki and Trinity....

This unfair to be honest. Small macro bots the help you run faster shouldn't be considered as breaking the EULA. It's one thing to Ban someone for hacking but its another to ban someone for using a minor macro. It's ridiculous.

I think it's ridiculous. You're not technically hacking or anything. You're just circumventing the action of repeatedly pressing multiple keys. It's a function of the game, not a hack.

Appears DE is taking banning a bit to seriously.If they continue like this the player count will decrease .

Warframe is like other games - Hack/Tools = Ban ...

I've downloaded razer synapse a while ago, you can make as many macros as you want for each program assuming you have razer hardware

Yeah I do. I threw Ouroborus aside for Mamba.
Um, which places you guys use macro?

They didn't state that no macros are allowed anyway.

I haven't heard of any instances of IP or HWID ban.

No I have a choice to play on another account, but since my ban was redundant I choose not to play their game.

You could appeal. You didn't know it was banable.

Yah I would but the Support Staff. Said the ban will permanently stay; Knowing that I had no idea that such a thing is bannable.
Just like the law if you don't know it's your ignorance.
I rather not play the game anyway it's much too buggy and I think still is in beta? (not totally sure)
Plus, going back to Warframe is like going back to your Ex-Girlfriend after you cheated on her, it just makes you look pathetic. (Not saying I cheat just an expression).

I think they should be sued, unless they designed the EULA to really protect themselves a lot.

I actually took the Fast Sprint macro and put it into my G15 Keyboard program and used it from there. The thing about it is i was able to spin attack non stop.. Witch is a ton of damage and super fun.. I used it only for an hour and was banned. I wrote them as well as to where I am actually a founder.. A banned founder lol. I guess ill wait and see how their customer service is. My account was suspended only... Until ......... 2035 !!!!!!! no joke. If they dont want to reinstate the account till then i will expect a refund.
