It was banned from a server TeknoMW3, and Universal Unbanned v1.0 not helped me (at least for the ban type that I had).
Solution for Remove IP Ban?: Change IP is the only solution...
I will just leave the name of the program that I have used and it has served a great: Hotspot Shield.
