When i try to open some of the tools like

It just opens a black box and closes again can some one help me?

Somethin's up with your java. Try updating to the newest version.

Mind sharing a little about your specs? I mean, 32bit or 64bit, are you running windows... Yeah, only those two. You may have an outdated version, but it also helps to make sure that you don't have an incorrect version.
