Can some 1 help

I cant open cf i was fuking with the rez files (spray,kill signs, and name cards) and i cant open cf i put ALL the files back to normal but it still wont open it pulls up a blank box that has a X button and a OK button

Replace the .rez files with mods run the game then change them back to default
