Key stolen and unrecoverable? Game not working? Need help from Bohemia? Read this!

If your key has been stolen, or you cannot play ArmA II, please read this.

Bohemia Support knows exactly what to do with keys. If it is your first time getting your key stolen, they can provide a new one and deactivate your old one.

I suggest you contact Bohemia Support with the following details:

• Steam account name
• Details on the problem
• Proof of purchase
• Screenshots
• Your key
• When you received your global ban message, if you even got one.

If you are simply receiving errors and or the game is not working, try these.

• Deleting the game, it's directory, and registry entries, then reinstalling ArmA II and ArmA II: OA.
• Doing a complete malware scan for malware that may be triggering your problems.
• Uninstalling any mods you may have (DayZ, etc).

If none of these help, you should also contact Bohemia Support.

Goto Steam, right click on Arma II: Arrowhead, View CD key.
Done.

Bohemia will do nothing for you. They will tell you what anyone else would, you download sketchy software and had your CD key stolen. They won't replace it for you, just like they won't unban keys with claims you didn't hack.
