HelpError donating?

Hey guys, I was trying to donate to Liz, and here's what happened. I have $43.38 on my PayPal and when I want to send $25 of it to Liz, it says "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."

I AM NOT LIMITED. Why doesn't it let me donate?

It's happening to a lot of people at the moment including myself. PayPal is probably updating itself or experiencing heavy traffic. I would just wait a few hours and try again occasionally.
