Simple Question

Guys i have a paypal and there is in it 36$ and verified by anthore one who was selling a Verifing Service the problem that when i was using it to buy something it told me to write the Bank account number and i don't have it and the one who verified my account doesn't open any more idk what i do

You mean you have 36$ in the paypal balance or in your bank balance?

the money in Paypal balance and the paypal account locked cause when i buy anything paypal request the Bank Number of The Credit Card that My paypal account verified with and i don't have the number since the man who verified my paypal doesn't open skype and MsN
