is it impossible for someone to recover there account if you buy a name change? ive bought 3 accounts here and they all got recovered

They are always possible to retrieve the account if they give full information about the account.

The name change in League is just the summoners name, which is just ingame, Riot handles all account matter over the login name which should be different from the summoner name (only summoner name can be changed).

The account still can be fully recovered even if the summoner name is changed 20 times.

Different than how it works on CA, Riot is less of a pushover than Nexon. To find a legit account seller, you have to make sure to research his or her credibility, make sure to ask to see their vouches and receive confirmation that they actually are the owner of the forum or auction account making the sale.
