Should i?

So, this guy @@floriannl just tried to scam me, i got basicly all the proof i need.
What really shows it is:
1. He does not want to use middleman.
2. He does not want to go first.
3. He lies about ORGIN having an IP/HWID lock that asks for security question answer when you login from a new ip.
4. When i tell him "Bad scammer attempt" he says: "Have fun ban, i ban you for this discussion"
5. His grammar was worse than bad.

One thing though, i don't think reporting him for ATTEMPTED scam would really do anything, i mean, maybe a week blacklist if lucky.
But he won't get banned or?
