hi all i wan to over clock my cpu i have a i5 650 3.20 ghz i must have a water cooling or just a good fun do the think ?
and at wat speed i can pushe it with no risque to burn it of course

You don't need watercooling, but I'd advise against OCing with a stock HSF.
What games are you trying to play which you need to overclock with?
and there's no need for watercooling with an i5.
With the very little amount of things I could read, no you don't NEED a watercooler but that would probably be the best option if you are planning on an overclock.

just a couple of 1,000 rpm fans will do.

cod bops nemexis cod bops 2 crysis 2/3 sniper elit v1 v2 thats all my games

just a couple of 1,000 rpm fans will do.

Well I suggest you do as much research as possible then. Its very easy to fry the cpu if you dont manage the voltages properly.

First of all, you need a fucking dictionary, my OCD rages.
Second, i would recommend getting a better fan than the stock, though it's not required.
Water cooling is optional.
