Is it possible to make it send you to the nexus tutorial very time you log in so realmeye bots cant see you ?

Eh? As far as I know, every time you clear your flash/browser's cache your settings are reset and therefore once you log in, you're directly sent to tutorial.

set as private

Probably he does want to definitely NOT get recognized by RealmEye. He doesn't even want to be listed.
