HelpBanned & Wall hack not working

Hello everyone, how are you ? . My account was banned permanent. Is there any way to retrieve it even tough it's permanent ?
And wall hack not working in my laptop. Do you have any idea what's wrong ?

hack= banned. DONE

Once your account is permanently banned [like you said] you are never going to get i back, it is as simple as that.

I dont premote cheating of any form but i would say its from out-dated software like ;netframe work 4.0, redistributable 2010, direct x9.
