I think this one needs more of a background, there's too much empty space on the left side.

^Agreed.

Also try and blend more, try and find stocks and blend the background more so it is not so empty. Also try and make backgrounds with similar colors that are on your signature (not just skin color, but actual color of clothing, eyes, hair, etc.)
