D3D9 Windows 8/7/XP EndScene & Reset
Very straightforward, works for every D3D9 game, Windows 8, 7, and XP.

People have been complaining about not being able to get their hook to work for Windows 8 or multiple operating systems so, here ya go. If you wish to get it to work for say Vista, just find the offset to add/subtract to the d3d9.dll entrypoint, shouldn't be too hard.
P.S. - All addresses/offsets included within the code is static.
