What is The best place to Apply the Background in Char Page ?

skyguard .. loved that place

I use lightguard for mine and I also like the one from djinn, but there isn't a best one, its just personal preference. Most people will like different ones.

I use ledgermanye. But the other good ones as said before are skyguard, Djinn and Lightguard.

how do you apply the background ?

Shadowfall is my personal favorite.

Try using the one if /Void. However, you need to complete a quest line to get to that location.
