You can't play Public Match.
Add people: here and randomly invite some of them => Public Match alternative

Know that way.But will we be able to play Publics someday or I needa buy the Steam version?

JUST BUY IT OR WAIT FOR GHOSTS

I will buy it then BUT.For the custom game I invite one and start the game and then it freezes just before loading.With anyone.
