5-10 USD, anyone who would pay more isn't the brightest. There's nothing significant on the account besides CSS.

I'd have to say $10-15
Reasons
1. The legitimacy of the account
2. Several of your games were from humble bundles.
3. Several games are unheard of and seem very trashy almost indie trashy
4. Just Cause 2 was also part of a pay above average humble bundle
5. CS is the only game worth anything
6. Who plays Just Cause 2 anymore?
7. There are several hacked accounts on the mpgh market @ selling
8. If you arnt willing to supply email+ password+ questions it counts as a hacked account
9. Once again only Counterstrike Source + Global Offensive is worth anything since everything else is just part of a bundle or free excluding some unheard of games
Anyone who believes you can get $40+ out of this account is a dimwit
More then enough people would sell you 90% of these games for under $20
