hi ppl i download hypercam last night used it this moring to record my game and all it came up wiv is a bit of my screen wat has gone wrong i need HELP some plzzz

What do you mean you can't convert files? Use a free converting software like "next video converter".

use fraps then import the vid in windows movie maker

yeah ...fraps is mostly the best..
